At Velmora Leather Bags, we are committed to delivering premium genuine leather handbags crafted with care. If something isn’t right, we are here to assist you in accordance with the terms below.


1. Exchange Policy (India Only)

We offer exchanges under the following conditions:

Exchange Eligibility

  • Exchange requests must be made within 10 days of delivery.
  • The product must be:
    • Unused
    • In original condition
    • With original tags, dust bag, and packaging intact
  • Proof of purchase (Order ID / Invoice) is mandatory.

Exchanges are allowed for:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Wrong item delivered
  • Damaged item (with valid proof)

We do not offer exchanges for change of mind once the product has been used.


Mandatory Unboxing Video (Very Important)

For any claim regarding:

  • Damage
  • Manufacturing defect
  • Missing item

A clear and continuous unboxing video from the sealed package opening is mandatory.

Claims without an unboxing video may not be accepted.


Exchange Process

To request an exchange:

  1. Email us at info@velmorabags.com within 10 days of delivery.
  2. Share:
    • Order ID
    • Clear product images
    • Unboxing video (if applicable)

After approval:

  • Reverse pickup will be arranged (subject to serviceability).
  • In non-serviceable areas, customer may be requested to self-ship.

Once received at our warehouse:

  • Product will undergo quality inspection.
  • If approved, replacement will be dispatched within 5–7 working days.

Only one exchange is allowed per order.

If the requested product is unavailable, a store credit may be issued, valid for 90 days.


2. Cancellation Policy

Customer Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not been shipped.

If cancelled within the allowed timeframe:

  • Refund will be processed to the original payment method.
  • Payment gateway charges (2–3%) may be deducted.

Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped.


Cancellation by Velmora Leather Bags

We reserve the right to cancel orders due to:

  • Stock unavailability
  • Pricing errors
  • Technical errors
  • Suspicious or fraudulent activity

If we cancel a prepaid order, the full amount will be refunded to the original payment method.


3. Refund Policy

We offer refunds only under the following circumstances:

  • Manufacturing defect (with valid unboxing video)
  • Wrong product delivered
  • Item damaged during transit (reported immediately)

Refund Process:

  • Once the returned item passes inspection, refund will be processed within 5–10 business days.
  • Refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the issue is due to our error.


4. Non-Exchangeable / Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for exchange or refund:

  • Sale or discounted products
  • Used or damaged products (due to customer handling)
  • Products returned after 10 days
  • Minor color variations due to lighting or screen settings
  • Natural leather grain variations (these are not defects)

Genuine leather may show slight texture differences — this reflects authenticity.


5. Shipping & Reverse Pickup

  • Reverse pickup availability depends on your pincode.
  • If self-shipping is required, customers must use a reliable courier.
  • Velmora Leather Bags is not responsible for loss during self-shipment.

6. Important Notice

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If the outer packaging appears tampered or damaged:

  • Do not accept the parcel.
  • Record a video.
  • Contact us immediately.

7. Brand Warranty

All Velmora Leather Bags products are covered under a 2-Year Limited Warranty against manufacturing defects. Please refer to our Warranty Policy page for complete details.
